Ok - not really. Chloe loves to put my glasses on all the time (and thinks it's funny in the morning when I can't find them because I'm blind). And poor Kate was roped into playing the part of a dog. I guess that's because I won't buy them a real one.Now what really happened? Well, little Miss Kate became a Sunbeam! She was so excited to go into the "big kids" primary. After class I asked her how she liked it and she replied "We got no snacks and we got no playtime." Yes Miss Kate, it's all down hill after nursery!

For Christmas, Grandma Foster gave the older granddaughters a gift certificate for a sewing class with our friend and neighbor Kelly. Hayley has been taking classes for a few months and LOVES learning how to make new things each time.
Since she had already made an apron, she got to start on her rag quilt! She looks like she knows what she's doing. I'm impressed and wish I knew what to do with a sewing machine!
The finished projects:
Brent and I were invited to a Murder Myster Dinner Party at the Phelps (our new next-door neighbors!). It was an Old West theme and such a hoot! Everyone got into character and Tami fixed a yummy cowboy dinner.
Definitely want to host one of these at our home this year!
